Dexter Baño is the Chairman and President of Orbital Exploration Technologies, Inc. the first spaceflight company in the Philippines and USA. He is also an author of a published book about Dr. Jose Rizal, a Filipino national hero. He is dubbed by his supporters and media as the "Elon Musk of Asia" for some of his initiatives and ideas that caught the attention of the public and the Philippine government.

 OrbitX or Orbital Exploration Technologies, Inc. is a Philippine and American company working on aerospace and defense sectors. Its core project is Haribon SLS-1, a liquid rocket powered by a proprietary rocket fuel derived from wastes.

Bastien Baticle is graduated of ESTACA, where he majored in engineering and obtained a Master of Science in Design and Technology of Spacecraft at the University of Southampton. 

He was able to combine his passion for space with his professional life since he worked at Arianespace & ArianeGroup as Implementation specialist of GNC equipment, Operations & Facilities Manager and Deputy Project Manager of Maintenance & Exploitation contracts for Ariane6 Launch base. 

During his tenure at ArianeGroup, he managed the electrical payload operations and helped the company to coordinate launch base activities during Ariane5, Soyuz and Vega launches, but also prepared the commissioning and Ariane6 first launch campaign. 

He joined Venture Orbital Systems as Head of Electronic & Software Systems and lead a team to design the avionics of the Launcher Zephyr.

Vincent BILLEROT is a senior expert in powerplant performance at Airbus Commercial Aircraft, and also the vice chair of SAE E-33 on in-flight propulsion measurement.

He joined Airbus engine performance domain in Toulouse in 1994, after three years as a structure dynamics specialist on Ariane 4 space launcher in Aerospatiale Les Mureaux. He has been in charge of engine performance activities on several propulsion systems from single aisle to long range and was then the head of engine performance research and development sub domain for 10 years, before being full time dedicated to expertise in 2015.

Philippe Briquet got a Physics and Material Engineering degree from The Paris Sud university. Philippe started his career in PCB France as a sales engineering. With more than 20 years of experience in the sensors and instrumentation Philippe is now Aerospace and Defense Sales manager for PCB Piezotronics.

Jean-Louis CHAMPION- RÉAUD joined TURBOMECA (now Safran Helicopter Engines) as Test Engineer in 2006.

He was in charge of Combustor and Turbine partial tests.

He joined Safran-Tech in 2014 in order to develop BEARCAT, a heavily instrumented turboshaft dedicated to research.

Previously, Jean-Louis worked as Research Engineer at the CNRS, the French National Resarch institute, on combustion and combustor cooling.

Jean-louis is graduated from the “Ecole National Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (ISAE - Sup’Aéro)” in Toulouse and has a PhD in Energetics from the University of Poitiers. 

Valentin Chomel is the co-founder in charge of product at Beyond Aero, a french startup developing a light, quiet and sustainable business jet. He's working on disruptive architectures and the way to test them, in order to make hydrogen powered aircrafts viable. In the past, he worked at Safran Data Systems on innovations in FTI systems and at Ecole Polytechnique on technology roadmaps management.

Emanuele Costanzo is an Italian Experimental Lead Flight Test Engineer -with several (flight and ground) test hours of experience on Propulsion and energy systems, but also Handling Qualities, Flight Control and Aeroelastic testing, on all Airbus commercial aircraft including A400M- and he has been appointed in July 2021 as Airbus Commercial Senior eXpert in Propulsion and Energy Systems Testing. 

Emanuele is proud to say that he is a genuine Airbus product starting his professional experience in Aérospatiale Design Office Propulsion Systems department, after graduating as an aeronautical engineer (1998) in Palermo (Italy). He joined Airbus Commercial Flight Test and Integration Centre in 2001, as Flight Test Specialist engineer, graduating as Experimental Lead Flight Test Engineer in 2004 in EPNER. 

His experience and expertise are corroborated by close collaboration activities - with the other Airbus Engineering centres of competence and functions, as well as with the engine manufacturers and systems’ suppliers - aimed at providing operational inputs relevant for the design, to the End to End V&V strategy/means and to the in service operation support. 

He has gathered also management experiences as first line manager (2011-2018) and as Band IV manager (2018-July 2021). 

Emanuele is 45y old, is married and he is the proud father of two boys (14y and 10y old); he enjoys his family (at first place) and also likes piloting, volunteering, listening/playing music and playing (and watching) football.

He obtained his engineering degree Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC, Barcelona) and the EPFL Lausanne (Switzerland) to develop afterwards a PhD in aeronautical systems in the frame of a collaboration between Laboratoire d’Architecture et Analyse de Systèmes (LAAS-CNRS, Toulouse) and the enterprise Groupe SNECMA(Paris).  At GTD he has contributed as algorithms expert in ground segment systems such as SCTV2, SAUVEGARDE, SOUMISSION and EMUL (French Guyana CSG) with a good expertise and knowledge on safety system on ground from critical requirements and algorithms architecture design perspective. In the ground segment domain, he is currently the coordinator of the SAMMBA H2020 project with the objective of prototyping systems (IT mechanical and fluid) based on 4.0 technologies applied to spaceports willing to operate under the new space scenario: multi-launcher, multi mission agile campaign. Always in the frame of NewSpace, Mr. Diez has been the responsible for the R+D projects on microlaunchers vehicles such as airborne MLV’s ALDEBARAN (CNES) and ALTAIR (H2020), reusable (CALLISTO, CNES) and currently ongoing ENVOL (H2020) vertical concept.  GTD is responsible in beforementioned projects of the onboard SW (Safety autonomous system and GNC system) and avionics architecture design and equipment trade-off. A major outcome from the experience in those projects is the assignment of the KASSAV2 contract to Safran SAS and GTD in partnership devoted to the design of an on board AFTS for the European launchers operating from the CSG.

Dr. Aswin Haridas is presently the focal point of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) at Testia GmbH, an Airbus company located at Bremen, Germany. He has a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering and brings along more than 7 years of R&D experience. During his Ph.D., he had worked along with Rolls-Royce Singapore to explore novel methodologies, based in industry 4.0, to improve the metrology process within their production environment.

Quentin is part of the CNES (the French Space Agency), he is in charge of several projects for the CSG (Guyana Space Port), concerning mainly telemetry acquisition and processing and launcher trajectography.

In June 2002 Pascal Lava obtained a master degree in mathematics at Ghent University, followed by a PhD in sciences - nuclear physics at Ghent University in 2006. From January 2008 till April 2014, he worked as a professor at the department MTM at Leuven University. He is a co-founder of the spin-off company MatchID, developing optical measurement solutions or Digital Image Correlation (DIC) to assess materials and structures. Currently, he is Managing Director and CTO within MatchID with a specific focus on the integration of DIC with design and development: from the calibration of material models, towards the validation of FEA simulations. His personal drive is to improve the general knowledge about DIC and its involved error sources – increasing the technique’s range of credibility and applicability in a plethora of verticals. Pascal is author of more than 50 peer-reviewed journal papers, a fellow of the International DIC Society and received the SEM A. J. Durelli Award for outstanding contributions to DIC.

In July 2004 Kamel LEDRA obtained a master degree in Management at University of Lorraine after a license in economy.

In the same year he worked as business developer in a design office specialized in materials (conception, assess new materials and structures, characterization) during 10 years. Then he was employee as engineering studies for 4 years to manage new innovative product to create a spin off from the university. This is what he done in 2014 by creating new private company spin-off from the University of Lorraine: ProViSys engineering.

It implements the know-how and experience of more than 15 years of its creators in the field of measurement and characterization of materials to design systems always at the forefront and that meet the varied needs of its customers.

It thus offers its products of the range VidéoTraction® and analysis systems based on the Digital Image Correlation, developed by MatchID and carries out materials mechanical studies.

Jean-Marc Moschetta is a Professor of Aerodynamics at ISAE-SUPAERO, Toulouse, France and Director of the Micro Air Vehicle Research Center. Since 2000, he has devoted his research activity to rotary-wing and fixed-wing drones including : aerodynamic design, energy-harvesting techniques, transitioning vehicles, quiet propellers. Recently, Dr Moschetta has started the development of an Hydrogen-powered fixed-wing UAV for flying over the Atlantic Ocean with low emissions.

More than 40 year’s experience within Airbus Helicopters Flight Test Instrumentation covering all type of activities covered by this discipline:
selection of components ground and flight , integration of component, development of system, etc.

Hands-on on most all FTI installed on AH prototype fleet, amongst other TIGER /H225/H175… But also development for the H160 of a full flight control system for dynamic HC0 (specific rig to perform ground testing before flight).

And now, as senior expert FTI in charge of FTI development and also leader of RACER Rotorcraft  FTI.

Renaud Urli started his career in Bordeaux (France) in 1997 as an engineer in electronics and rapidly moved to BMW in Munich until 2000 as SW engineer. He started in the aerospace sector as FTI engineer for Fairchild Dornier (2011-2002) on 328 Jet and 728 and for EADS Military Air Systems (Airbus Def & Space now) as FTI engineer in Manching on the Barracuda UAV. He's currently:

- Head of FTI by Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth (since 2007)

- President of European Society of Telemetry (since  2013), organization responsible for ettc conferences in Germany

- President of “Commission Technique Essais” (Working Group for Tests) of 3AF (« Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France ») (since 2017)

Frank van Rijn holds a BSc degree in Electric Engineering from the University of Rotterdam where he graduated in 2006. Since that time he works at the Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR) at the department Flight test and Certification of the Aerospace Systems Division, last few years as R&D Engineer. He was involved in the design and installation of flight test instrumentation systems in military and civil aircraft (F-16, Cessna Citation II and several helicopter types i.e.; Apache, Chinook, Cougar, NH-90, KA-32), plus instrumentation systems on board of several Navy vessels. Since 2014 Frank has been the lead engineer for the integration, maintenance and updates of FTI in F-16 aircrafts for different air forces. The FTI systems vary from adding databus monitoring systems to fully distributed data acquisition systems and anything in between, facing all challenges and the limited amount of space available in these type of aircrafts.
